Chapter 4 System Introduction

4.1 General system description and intended use

808 laser hair removal is based on the principle of photothermal dynamics, because the human skin is a relatively light-transmitting structure. In front of a powerful laser, the skin is like a transparent glass, and the laser can penetrate the skin to the hair follicle very smoothly. It is the part where the hair grows, and the melanin in the hair follicle absorbs a large amount of laser energy and finally converts it into heat energy to increase the temperature of the hair follicle, thereby destroying the function of the hair follicle, making the hair lose the ability to regenerate, and then achieving the purpose of hair removal. The whole machine is composed of a host, a handle and a foot switch. When the operator uses the handle to treat the customer, he presses the button on the handle or steps on the foot switch and the machine emits pulsed light.

4.2 Machine components and controls

The machine contains the following components:control Panel\Power module\cooling system

150W/24V-to provide power to the water pump and the thermoelectric tissue cooling system

350W/12V-Provide power to touch control screen and microcontroller board

4.5system software

The machine system adopts embedded software. The operator can directly control the operating parameters of the system through the touch control screen and run routine tests to ensure normal operation. Error detection.

4.6cooling system

The cooling system includes:

Water cooling system: The water cooling system is implemented in a closed loop system that uses deionized water or purified water to ensure the long life of the laser. The cooling system includes a radiator, a water tank, a water pump, and a water filter. The machine also includes a temperature sensor and a turbine flow meter. The water temperature and water flow speed of the machine are displayed when the machine is running.
